Entry 2
Being a "safe" blogger requires following guidelines

1-Be wary about what and how much personal and confidential information you put on your blog. Also, consider possibly using nicknames in place of yours or your families names if you are telling stories.https://www.getsafeonline.org/social-networking/blogging/

2-As with all social media be careful about what personal opinions you post as well as posting when in an emotional state. There is nothing worse than posting something in the moment that you will regret later.https://www.getsafeonline.org/social-networking/blogging/

3-Consider limiting your viewers and know which audience is viewing your blog. Many blogs have the option to have your blog be accessible to only those you choose. https://www.eff.org/wp/blog-safely

  1. I didn't include any of these on my list but they should all be there! I love the idea of using nicknames when telling stories and always staying away from public media when you are emotional.

  2. Hey Miranda! I really like your blog. I really like the rules you used for safe blogging practices. They were very similar to mine. I also really like the layout of your blog. I'm thinking that I should have looked a little closer at the layout options before I chose mine. I also really like the quote you used on your other post (the one with Benjamin Franklin). If I had any advise for you it would be to maybe make things a little more colorful and bright, but I'm a big fan of colors. Anyway I really like your blog again! Good job!
